Creative Message Delivery

Using new technology is a great way to address many communication challenges, and it’s something we’re really passionate about! There’s no better way to create an innovative experience that’s sure to excite and engage an audience.

Holographic Projection

London Underground challenged us to deliver an event to communicate a consistent message from their MD over a 6-month programme. They needed a solution that would excite and inspire whilst also communicating the message as clearly as possible.

Our solution was to create a life-size 3D holographic experience, building a tube station environment in the main auditorium where a ‘virtual MD’ arrived on a holographic train to deliver a powerful presentation of the LU story, complete with 3D graphic interaction and imagery.

See our London Underground case study for more information on this unique employee engagement programme.

3D Presentations

3D technology is the latest exciting innovation in the events industry, and we’ve developed an effective solution for 3D presentations and video programmes.

We recently worked with Barclaycard to deliver a Leadership Event, combining an opening 3D video with 3D presentation material to literally bring their key messages and achievements ‘into the audience’.

See our Barclaycard case study for more information on the power of 3D.

i-Pad technology

Delegates can use i-Pad technology to provide instant feedback during the event itself. We’ve developed a bespoke system of interactive programmes that allows the audience to submit feedback, ideas and questions. These comments can then be captured in any format and fed through to the leadership team or presenter, allowing them to give immediate responses to questions raised by the audience in real time.

i-Pad technology is also a great way to gather information from the audience to assist with post-event analysis and evaluation of success.

Presentations can also be uploaded to i-Pads in real time for use in breakout sessions, allowing for any last-minute changes as a result of feedback.
